The second fastest t20 century by Indian belongs to emerging t20 legend Suryakumar Yadav as he made 45 Balls hundred against Sri Lanka in 2023 at Rajkot.

On 7 January 2023, India choose to bat first against Sri Lanka and won the game in the first inning itself as the Suryakumar Yadav’s storm took the match far away from Lankan when he scored 112 runs in just 51 balls with the help of 9-sixes and 7-fours. Yet another t20 superstar batsman of India, Kl Rahul established his name in 20 over format when he made his first ever T2OI hundred in 2016 even before the Rohit Sharma. During the West Indies tour in 2016, Kl Rahul got the chance in T2OI team of India and he delivered a magnificent inning by smashing the third fastest t20 century by Indian in just 46 balls in 2016 at Lauderhill.

While chasing the mammoth target of 245 runs against West Indies, Kl Rahul showcased his absolute masterclass but unfortunately his knock of 110 runs in 51 balls went in vain as West Indies won the match by defending the score with the margin of only 1 run. This one came against the England in their home soil during the 2022 India tour of England where he smashed his 2nd 100 in t20 cricket by facing 48 balls only.

Although it came in losing cause as India failed to chase the England’s target of 215 runs. Talking about this hundred, it was the New Zealand’s chance to face the SKY’s brutal hitting where he ended up scoring 100 runs in just 49 balls at Mount Maunganui in  New Zealand.

He started his job of humiliating the opponent bowlers from the very first ball and reached at his fifty in 32 balls, then after facing 17 balls only with his classy pull and hook shots he completed his hundred, and remained unbeaten on 111* runs and contributed in the India’s total target of 191 runs.
