1. Against England – 759/7d

This match probably is famous because of the iconic triple century of young lad Karun Nair, sadly did not get a single chance after this match even after scoring 300 runs. Moreover, this match was played in spin friendly wicket of Chennai in 2016.

India highest score in test was registered against the Alastair Cook’s team England, where English team set the target of 477 runs with the exceptional knock of 146 runs by all rounder Moeen Ali.

The third India highest score in test was again against Sri Lanka in Colombo in 2010, but this time things were little bit in support of Sri Lankan team as they were playing in their home against India which unfortunately did not go as planned because match was drawn.

Fourth India’s highest score in test was came against the era of “mighty aussies” in Sydney cricket ground in 2004. some of the greatest former players of both the teams produced a well entertaining match for the crowd on that day.

The neighbours of India, Bangladesh came to play in India in year 2017 in Hyderabad, where Mushfiqur Rahim had to face off aggressive approach of Indian former captain Virat Kohli.

Once again like always, India batted first and made 687 runs on the board including three centuries of Murali Vijay, Virat Kohli and Wriddhiman Saha. Moreover, In this match Virat Kohli registered another double century in his list as he played excellent inning of 204 runs in 246 balls including 24 fours.
